More Belair Monte units to be released with prices steady
Developers of Belair Monte in Fanling said they would release a further 120 units for sale at the same price as the first batch after the first day of buyer registration yesterday.
No official figure for registrations was given but estate agents said the response had been 'acceptable'.
The extra units bring the total number that will go on sale on Sunday to 248.
Agents expected most prospective buyers would register on Thursday, the last day for registration.
The developers offered the first 128 units at an average $2,750 per square foot for cash payment.
The development, comprising 1,680 units, is a joint venture between 11 developers including Cheung Kong (Holdings), Henderson Land Development, Sino Land and Sun Hung Kai Properties. New World Development is the project and marketing manager.
