SCMP Reporter

A MAN broke his leg in a collision with a van at Sai Ying Pun yesterday. Police said the goods van went out of control as the driver was about to turn into Queen's Road West from steep Kwong Fung Lane. It mounted a pavement and hit Mr Ng Tse-chung, 23. He was admitted to Queen Mary Hospital in a satisfactory condition.
