Officer guilty

Police Constable Lo Yiu-fai, 28, was convicted in Eastern Court of careless driving, driving without insurance and driving without a licence following an accident in which a colleague lost the lower half of a leg. Both were off duty. Lo was fined $5,500 and had his licence suspended for 12 months.
