GOOD news for gospel fans who cannot get a Sunday seat at The Bayou's gospel brunches. Lori Granito is planning to expand seating at her Cajun restaurants by about 10 per cent. The renovation, which begins in February, will remove the coffee counter, which Ms Granito says 'has been pretty much dead space for the past year'. She will then unseal the doors that connect the takeout area and the restaurant, and add a proper reception area and more seating.
