A PHOTOGRAPHER who is alleged to have conspired to import and distribute heroin using the postal services will be flown to the US today to face trial. Lee Tak-leung, 19, agreed to return to the US following his arrest on April 15. He faces one count of conspiracy to import and one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a total of about 1,750 grams of heroin. The offences allegedly took place between June 1991 and April 1993 using the postal services. A second defendant, Lam Ka-chun, 33, who faces similar charges, has been remanded in custody until June 7.
