Goldlion bond payout

Goldlion Holdings has announced that all its outstanding due 1999 guarantee redeemable convertible bonds have been redeemed at their principal amount plus accrued interest, amounting to US$6.18 million. The bonds were issued on February 1, 1994, when the group raised US$55 million.
