Police have posted a $100,000 award for information on the rape of 10-year-old girl. The victim was dragged to Kwai Shing Estate, Kwai Chung, and assaulted on April 24 last year. The man is aged between 45 and 50, about 1.6 metres tall with a pot-belly and a mole on his left eyebrow.
