Sino Land announced it had given financial assistance amounting to $9.99 billion to 30 affiliates by June 30 last year and had given $7.89 billion in guarantees. The advances exceeded 25 per cent of Sino Land's $26.43 billion net asset value. In a separate announcement, Sino Hotels (Holdings) said it had assisted three affiliates with $867 million and had given $129 million in guarantees.
