Four people allegedly involved in a petrol-bomb attack in a shopping arcade which left three passersby severely burned appeared in court yesterday. Lau Yun-keung, 27, Herman Cheung Chi-him, 16, Fan Pak-kei, 16, and Cheng Yi-on, 18, are charged with arson. The four were allegedly involved in throwing two fire bombs into a compact disc shop on the ground floor of the Allied Plaza in Nathan Road, Mongkok, on January 28. The case was adjourned to February 26 pending an identification parade. No pleas were taken. The defendants, who appeared in North Kowloon Court, were remanded in custody.
