Mass-residential prices recorded a mixed performance for the month to mid-February.
In Kowloon, prices rose 5 per cent to $4,200 per square foot in Laguna City and 4.1 per cent to $4,502 per sq ft in Sceneway Garden.
Prices in Beacon Hill were unchanged at $4,200 per sq ft while those in Ho Man Tin dropped 2.5 per cent to $3,850 per sq ft.
In Cheung Sha Wan, prices shed 7.5 per cent to $3,125 per sq ft, while those in Mei Foo Sun Chuen rose 1.1 per cent to $2,680 per sq ft.
Tai Kok Tsui prices plummeted 27.3 per cent to $2,200 per sq ft. Prices in Tseung Kwan O were down a more modest 1.3 per cent at $3,700 per sq ft, and down 3.5 per cent in Tsuen Wan at $3,150 per sq ft.
In Tuen Mun, prices fell 2.9 per cent to $2,489 per sq ft, but those in Kingswood Villas gained 2.8 per cent to $2,600 per sq ft.
