An insult to our war dead

THE Urban Services Department has seen fit to barricade the Cenotaph in Central and deny public access to this site.

While I can understand the need to discourage picnickers, I believe denying access is highly improper and possibly illegal.

It certainly is an insult to those who fought and fell in the Great Wars. Remove the barriers. PAUL TERRY North Point
