Disgraced boxer Mike Tyson has found an unlikely new best friend - John F. Kennedy Jnr.
The assassinated president's son, publisher of the political magazine George, has even visited Tyson in the Maryland jail where he is serving a one-year sentence for road rage and then a further 60 days for breach of probation.
Now his famous family is said to be furious at the unlikely alliance, with Kennedy's aunt, Ethel Kennedy, leading the outcry.
'John's aunt, Ethel, Robert Kennedy's widow, is pulling no punches by saying openly that she's disgusted with John,' a Kennedy insider told the American magazine Globe.
'She believes Tyson is nothing more than a disgusting sex offender and disgraced sportsman.
'It makes her blood boil that John is supporting him and visiting him in jail.' Kennedy, 38, befriended Tyson when he interviewed him for a story in George.
