A Hong Kong man returning from Shenzhen was arrested at Lowu after Customs officers found he had 1,983 obscene VCDs worth $79,320 hidden in a shopping bag. Another man was arrested at Lowu railway station. The two men, agd 27 and 46, were released on bail.
