Two members of the Democratic Party to visit Geneva will underline concerns over the rule of law and the pace of democracy in the SAR.

  Party chairman Martin Lee Chu-ming said he would also speak on the controversy over the Court of Final Appeal ruling on the right of abode for mainlanders.
