THREE security guards who accepted bribes for allowing people to use a car park without paying the proper fees were yesterday jailed by Kwun Tong Court. Tsang Sang, 70, Ko Wing, 58, and Chan Wan-kam, 60, admitted a joint charge of conspiring between September 1989 and March 1992 to receive a total of about $30,000 from three people in return for the use of parking facilities at Kai Yip Estate. Magistrate Mr Crawford McKee sentenced Tsang to six months' jail and Ko and Chan to four months each. Tsang, who was the supervisor at the car park, made arrangements for three vehicle owners to park for fixed monthly fees instead of charging them on the proper hourly basis. He shared the money with Ko and Chan.
