THERE are lots of game centres in Hongkong nowadays and many underage children go to them.

  Youngsters wearing school uniform, are not supposed to be allowed in, but I still see lots of them in game centres. I think the Government should penalise the game centre owners who are money-minded and do not stop underage children in school uniform from entering these centres.
