Yip's Pota unruffled by suit

Gift company Yip's Pota said a reported bankruptcy petition against chairman Yip Kam-fai over a personal loan of $38.04 million would have no effect on the company's financial position or operations. Mr Yip, who holds 16.15 per cent of the company, was not actively involved in daily operations, it said. It said Mr Yip had denied receiving a High Court petition.
