Guesthouse owner Chan Moon-shing, 52, was jailed for 15 months yesterday for offering $300,000 to former apprentice jockeys Chin Kin-ming and Denise Yeung Ka-yee to influence the outcome of a race at Sha Tin on January 27, 1996. Chin, 24, and Yeung are among 11 jockeys being investigated in an Independent Commission Against Corruption race-fixing probe.
