BACHELOR parties could become a thing of the past among Legislative Councillors, with another of its fancy-free members getting married yesterday.
Meeting Point's Mr Zachary Wong Wai-yin married Ms Winnie Chan Wai-yin at the Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry.
United Democrats Mr Szeto Wah and Mr Yeung Sum and independent Mr Roger Luk Koon-hoo are the only men left in Legco's ''singles'' club.
The 35-year-old liberal legislator is the third member to marry in a month, following the Reverend Fung Chi-wood and veteran councillor Mr Hui Yin-fat.
Mr Wong described his bride as ''a girl with a heart'', always eager to help people.
Ms Chan, a former social worker, quit her job after Mr Wong was elected as Legco member for New Territories West.
