Two students needed hospital treatment after being involved in separate classroom fights in Hunghom and North Point yesterday. At about 10.30am, a 16-year-old student was hit over the head with a wooden chair during a dispute with a classmate in their fourth-floor classroom at Holy Carpenter Prevocational School in Tai Wan Shan Road, Hunghom. He suffered minor facial injuries and was treated at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and discharged. A classmate was arrested over the incident. In North Point, a Form Three student was punched in the face after he accused a classmate of stealing a textbook at Kwei Wah Shan College, Cloud View Road at about 11am. The 15-year-old boy was treated for facial injuries at Eastern Hospital and later discharged. Police did not arrest his classmate as the victim did not pursue the case.
