SCMP Reporter

A REPORT proposing the delineation of constituency boundaries for this year's district council elections was submitted to Tung Chee-hwa. The recommendations were made by the Electoral Affairs Commission and included views from members of the public. There will be a total of 519 appointed and elected members in the district councils; 390 of them will be elected.
