Continental Airlines is offering low price packages to the Micronesian islands of Guam, Saipan and Tinian.

An eight-day visit to the three islands, including air tickets and hotels is only $4,090. The airline is offering a variety of other holidays, starting at $2,890 for four days in Guam. Golf or diving packages are also available in Saipan or Guam from $3,990 to $4,990.

Discount deal Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts with Visa International have launched a summer discount scheme.

Stay at any one of the 70 participating Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza properties in Asia Pacific between June 1 and August 31 and receive between 25 and 50 per cent discount off published rates. Children stay free and eat free, breakfasts are included, plus late checkout until 4.30pm.

Guests staying three or more nights and paying with Visa will receive a coupon valid for a 50 per pent discount off their next stay at any participating hotel until next March 31.
