Established in 1991, the Sports Information Centre operates Hong Kong's only library which specialises in sport. The centre has more than 4,300 books, 1,500 video tapes, about 100 audio tapes and more than 300 periodical titles. From this month, the centre has provided free Internet access and multimedia work stations for public use. The centre publishes Sports Bulletin every month, which carries a comprehensive competi tion record of Hong Kong athletes in internation al tournaments. The centre's library is open to the public from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday; and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. For membership inquiries, call 2681-6130.
