If you want to impress your friends by cooking Thai home-style dishes, Pam Sreshthaputra is conducting classes at Siam Thida, her small takeaway restaurant on Lyndhurst Terrace. Award-winning Italian wines from the Zenato Winery will be served at a dinner on Tuesday at the Regal Hong Kong's Riviera restaurant. The evening starts with a tasting presented by Virginia Davies and Tony Kwai of Valdivia Italian Wines.
