A 69-YEAR-OLD taxi driver had a six-month disqualification of his licence reduced by the High Court.

  Mr Justice Jones, accepting that exceptional hardship would be suffered by Chau Tong, ordered his disqualification period reduced to allow him to have his licence back. The original ban was imposed on February 10.



Driver gets back licence
