Four residential projects involving 2,753 units secured approval to start pre-sales last month, according to the Lands Department.
China Overseas Land & Investment received approval for its 1,264-unit joint venture Nerine Cove in Tuen Mun with Tai Cheung (Holdings), Ryoden Development and Kiu Kwong Investment.
The consortium bought the site for $2.9 billion in October 1997.

China Overseas also received pre-sale consent for the 186-unit Ellery Terrace in Ho Man Tin.
Hang Lung Development secured approval to pre-sell a 618-unit project in Ma On Shan.

Also gaining approval was an application for 685 units in the The Belcher's development of Shun Tak Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties in Pokfulam.
