Wine purveyors to the British Royal Family - Berry Bros & Ruddare - is supplying the wines for the Furama's 25th Wine-maker's Dinner next Friday in the Rotisserie. Presenting the wines will be Ch'ng Poh Tiong, consultant to Berry Bros & Rudd and editor of the Wine Review.
The six-course dinner includes the cru bourgeois 93 Chateau la Tour-de-By, Medoc with char-grilled lamb cutlet and Savoy cabbage, and braised veal paupiette and herbed cous-cous with Madeira jus served with the cru grand bourgeois exceptionnel 93 Chateau Chasse-Spleen, Moulis. To celebrate Canadian National Day on July 1, the Renaissance Harbour View is bringing out Lynda Larouche, executive chef of the Teahouse Restaurant in Vancouver.
Ms Larouche's dishes, created to make the most of Canadian products, will be available from June 21 to July 1 in Scala and the Coffee Shop. Reservations on 2802 8888.

With a 'flexi-entry time' pricing, it costs less for those who eat before and after the lunch and dinner rushes. For dinner the buffet price peaks at $258 plus 10 per cent for those who start at 7pm, but goes down gradually until reaching a low price of $98 at 11pm.
