VICE-PRESIDENT Hu Jintao is to visit Hong Kong next month to mark the second anniversary of the SAR. He will officiate at the opening ceremony of a $10-million monument on the Wan Chai waterfront on July 1. The 20-metre granite column is to symbolise reunification with China.
