American International Assurance (AIA) has appointed Derek Yung as vice-president and director of agency, Eunice Miu as senior customer service manager, and Marie Yung as senior manager of marketing department.
Mr Yung will be responsible for managing the operation of the Agency Administration Department for the SAR.
He will also assist in the recruiting and training of agency force. Mr Yung has more than 14 years experience in the life insurance industry, having joined AIA in 1997.
Ms Miu will manage the customer service centres and assure quality services are being provided to customers. She will also assist in designing service improvement plans.
Ms Yung will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies and assisting in product development as well as promoting a corporate image.
Simon Maclean has been appointed director of operations of Bank of Bermuda, responsible for banking, treasury and custody operations.
