6 charged over estate contracts

The Independent Commission Against Corruption charged six people with graft in connection with maintenance contracts for public housing estates. The six include a Housing Department officer and retired employee.

The bribes were allegedly paid for staff to turn a blind eye to inflated claims for payment and help in the preparation of such claims.
