YEO Hiap Seng (Hongkong) has decided to put its headquarters building in Tuen Mun up for tender after negotiations with potential buyers proved fruitless. Submission for tenders will close on June 4 for Yeo Hiap Seng Industrial Building, at No 8 Ho Tin Street. The 16-storey building has a total gross floor area of 450,000 sq ft on a 47,792 sq ft site.
