Final versions of Macau's new civil and commercial codes were agreed in the Sino-Portuguese Joint Liaison Group meeting last week, according to a communique issued in Lisbon.
The two sides also reached a consensus on several other issues during their second last session before Macau's handover in December.
The issues included air services agreements with Poland and Oman, and public franchise contracts covering water supply, refuse incineration, lotteries, greyhound races and ferry services between Macau and Hong Kong.
The two delegations also continued consultation on the handover ceremony at midnight on December 19.
Official sources in Macau said they were unable to agree on the final list of invitations.
Lisbon objected to the official invitation to Indonesia, which has occupied the former Portuguese overseas province of East Timor since 1975.
