Warden dies in bus collision

Country park warden Chung Hing-fat, 41, died and four colleagues were injured when their van and a Kowloon Motor Bus collided on Tai Mong Tsai Road, Sai Kung. Lai Wai-kau, 43, and Ngai Kwok-min, 42, were in hospital in critical and serious condition respectively, while Tam Yung-hing was 'stable'. Three bus passengers sustained minor injuries.

Van driver, Wong Wai-chun, 33, treated and discharged from hospital, was arrested later and charged with reckless driving causing death. He was released on $10,000 bail.
