It's not only Hong Kong that has a problem with breast-feeding. So do Bob And Margaret (World, 8.30pm).

This British-Canadian cartoon pulls the wraps off what it's really like to have kids. Babies scream, burp, vomit and do vile things in their nappies.

It's a reality that parents put a brave face to, and something of which would-be parents are largely oblivious until they take their newborn home. It takes Bob and Margaret Fish in A Night In to put them straight.

The Fishes are a middle-aged couple still pondering over whether to remain child-free and continue with their boring lives, or to liven things up with the type of chaos they witness over dinner at Henry and Judy's.

Then there's the breast-feeding that goes on in their faces. Yes, breast is best and is a wonderful experience that, for the baby's sake, should only be substituted for a plastic bottle when medical reasons make it impossible. But there is another side that the pro-breast-feeding lobby plays down - out-of-control nipples that sometimes operate like water pistols and leave large wet patches on mum's blouse. Bob and Margaret find all this as tasteless as did the management of the local Peninsula hotel.

Of course, we must do our bit to make breast-feeding convenient for mothers. There should be more comfortable public places where they can nurse their children.
