Why do we need to sleep on a pillow? One-third of our time is spent sleeping, and pillows are very important to our health.

If we do not put a pillow under our heads when we sleep, the head's position will be lower than that of the heart.

This will increase blood flow to the head and the blood vessels in the head will expand.

After a few hours, we will become dizzy and our eyelids will be swollen. Needless to say, we will not sleep well.
