Legislators from The Frontier are considering boycotting a meeting with Tung Chee-hwa because they believe it is 'just a show'.
The Chief Executive is to meet legislators and political parties in the last week of the month to hear their views before finalising his third Policy Address to be delivered in October.
The Frontier was told yesterday their meeting would be on August 30.
Legislator Emily Lau Wai-hing said they would consult fellow member Lee Cheuk-yan before deciding whether to boycott the meeting.
She said The Frontier's three lawmakers, who also include Cyd Ho Sau-lan, had been grouped with another three legislators - unionists Leung Yiu-chung and Lee Kai-ming, and Christine Loh Kung-wai who chairs the Citizens Party.
They would be given about 45 minutes to meet Mr Tung.
