Michelin-starred guest chef Paul Cunningham from Denmark will be featured at the Tai Pan Grill at the Hongkong Hotel. Mr Cunningham has worked previously with Marco Pierre White and Keith Floyd. Guest chefs Li Zhongmin and Wong Yingliu from the New World Courtyard Shunde will be cooking up special dishes such as braised pork spareribs with pumpkin, stir-fried snake with olive seeds, steamed bone of carp with preserved olives, and deep-fried carp balls with clam sauce.
