On a trip to Japan I was impressed by hi-tech products, Tokyo Disneyland and Japanese food. But the most important was the fresh air. In Japan, cars never emit black fumes. Under government policy, car owners have to ensure their cars do not emit any black fumes.

I was pleased with Japanese self-discipline and that the Government had made an effort to protect the environment. Why does the SAR Government not do more about pollution? For the sake of everyone in Hong Kong, talk less and do more about air pollution before it is too late.
