How did you start modelling and acting? When I was 14, a modelling agency came to my school to look for fresh faces and I was chosen. At first, my parents were against the idea because they worried that it would affect my studies, but I promised them I would not neglect my studies.
Five months after I began modelling, I was offered a role in the film Yes Teacher. They wanted me to play the part of a student but finally gave me the leading role - a teacher - because I looked mature.
Will you continue your studies after high school? Yes. High school does not mean anything in a competitive world. Modelling is just my part- time job. Even if you can keep your figure for 40 years, you will still get old. Knowledge is the only thing that can stay with me forever. If you have qualifications, people will respect you. Most people think models only have the looks and have no brains. I'm going to show them I've got more than looks.
Which subject do you want to study at university? I hope I can study marketing. I am an energetic person and I think I will do well in marketing.
How do you arrange your time? I only do modelling and filming on weekends and holidays because I've promised my parents not to miss any classes.
Would you rather study or make money? I would study. Modelling is a short-term and insecure job. If I remain in the modelling business until I'm 30, I might make a lot of money. But there are so many models and there is always someone prettier than you. How would I earn a living then? But if I go to school, I can learn a lot and get a good job and earn more.
