Card fraud

A police sergeant who masterminded a 'medium-sized' credit card fraud was jailed for 4.5 years. District Court Judge Gerard Muttrie convicted Lo Hung-kwong, 38, of forging 38 applications for credit cards, with which he obtained a total of $263,000 in cash and goods.
