Ericsson seals Shandong deal

Swedish telecommunications equipment-maker Ericsson has won a US$102 million order from the mainland's Shandong Mobile Communications to expand the operator's GSM mobile network. The deal will boost the capacity of Shandong Mobile's GSM network in the province to 3.8 million subscribers when work is completed next April, Ericsson said.
