Paramount completes issue

Paramount Publishing Group's placing manager, Yu Ming, has completed a 480 million new share placement, which represents 16.8 per cent of the company's enlarged share capital. The shares were placed at 20 cents each. Yu Ming also reserved 150 million new shares for employees of Next Media which is due to take over Paramount. The placement agreement was signed on September 29.
