An English-Chinese bilingual monthly study guide targeted at Chi nese-speaking high school students in Taiwan has been launched. Time for Students, inspired by the popularity of the United States' Time for Kids which encourages students to begin self- study from elementary school level, aims to encourage Chinese- speaking high school students in Taiwan to improve their English. 'Time for Students . . . will be a high quality and vital English study guide for many of the 1,800,000 high school students who are currently learning English and who are eager to gain more expo sure to international affairs,' said John Marcom, president of Time Inc Asia.
