A MAN'S fitness to stand trial for the murder of his 12-year-old daughter will be decided by a High Court jury in a rare move.

Lee Chi-tin, 40, who has refused a lawyer to represent him, was alleged to have committed the murder last year in a Sha Tin flat.
Senior Crown Counsel Mr Francis Lo will call doctors to give their opinion on the mental state of the defendant.
The jury will only decide on whether Lee is fit to plead and stand trial. The case before Mr Justice Leong is expected to last three days.
