Wards at Princess Margaret Hospital, where 18 passengers remained in stable condition and one was listed as serious, were packed with anxious relatives.
Yu Yu-ling, 32, spent the morning trying to find out what treatment his injured wife, Wang Yu-pao, 30, would get.
'They simply cannot tell me basic information like my wife's condition, how she will be treated and when she can come home with me,' Mr Yu said.
Another Taiwanese man, Lee Fu-kuo, 40, had the same complaint.
