Ryoden Development and Asia Standard International have announced the launch of two separate residential projects. Ryoden will release 12 units of its 70 per cent-owned Hilary Court, western Mid-Levels, for public sale on a first-come, first-served basis tomorrow. Average selling price is set at $4,570 per square foot. The project, at 63G Bonham Road, has 58 flats ranging from 971 square feet to 990 sq ft. Completion is expected in June 2001. Ryoden senior manager of sales and marketing Paul Wong said five units had been sold through internal sale last week. Asia Standard is to launch its Royal Jubilee in Sheung Shui by the end of this month. Company executive director Phileas Kwan Po-lam said yesterday that 16 units had been sold through internal sale at the average price of $3,300 per square foot. Royal Jubilee is at San Shing Road, Shek Wui Hui, with 270 flats within the range from 540 sq ft to 750 sq ft. It is due for completion next year. Wing Shan Enterprises (Holdings) said it would release 15 units for The Cafeteria, Tuen Mun on October 31. Average selling price is set at $3,361 per square foot and unit sizes range from 833 sq ft to 1,222 sq ft.
