A teenager was arrested after allegedly having underage sex with his girlfriend at a Tuen Mun public housing flat. The suspect, aged 15, reported the matter to police after his girlfriend, 14, started feeling unwell. The boy was arrested in the casualty ward of Tuen Mun Hospital.
