Flats released at April levels

China Overseas Land and Investment intends to release 10 flats in single-block projects in Tsuen Wan and Cheung Sha Wan tomorrow.

The average price for the five units of Brighton Place in Tsuen Wan is $4,001 per square foot and the five units of Graces Court, Cheung Sha Wan are priced at $3,759 per square foot.

The units will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Director of the company's agency arm China Overseas Property Agency, Tony Yau, said the selling prices were the same as in April when the projects were first put on the market.

He said the projects were 70 per cent sold and the company wished to re-launch them close to next month's completion.

Brighton Place and Graces Court have 54 units and 57 units, respectively.
