Peak residents are hardly stimulated by the District Council election battle between independent Louis Leung Wing-on and Liberal leader James Tien Pei-chun - but maybe this is about to change.

Unfortunately, just above Mr Tien's slogan: 'I can get things done for you' is the slogan on his assistant's T-shirt: 'Girls! Girls! Girls! All nude' Bit of a problem there for the campaigner. He can hardly use them. But because of budget regulations, nor can he pulp them. So the solution seems to be to get out the felt-tip pen and put a black line 10,000 times across his assistant's bosom.

Victor Fung Kwok-king, Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council is finding life a little difficult since he was appointed chairman of Hong Kong Airport Authority.
