Young people are invited to participate in the 'Dragon in the New Millennium' creative design competition to celebrate the advent of the third millen nium and the Year of the Drag on.
The competition is divided into teenage division (under 15 years old) and youth division (aged between 16 and 30).
Entries will be judged ac cording to their creativity, aes thetic beauty and meaning.
Application forms can be ob tained from district offices, the management offices of shop ping malls affiliated to Sun Hung Kai Properties and Sino Group, and the youth centres of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
Entries can be sent to any district office or to the secretar iat of 'Dragon at the Great Wall', Hong Kong Committee, Room 104, Bradbury Centre, 55 Model Lane, North Point, Hong Kong.
